On Monday 2 February 2026, I celebrated the 25th anniversary of my election to the City of London’s Court of Common Council with a party at Leathersellers’ Hall. The reception was preceded by Choral Mass for Candlemas at St Lawrence Jewry next Guildhall, the City of London Corporation’s official church where I am proud to be a Churchwarden.

I was honoured that so many friends and colleagues joined me to celebrate this anniversary including current and former Members and officers of the Corporation and friends from my livery companies, the Leathersellers and the Broderers, as well as from the Church and many other aspects of my life. I am so grateful to all of them for making time not just on this occasion, but on so many others throughout my life and City career.
